Upon making a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total cost associated with your rental is required. This includes all rental fees, taxes, damage deposits and any other fees. The balance of your reservation cost is due 30 days before your arrival date. If the reservation is made within 30 days of your arrival date, the total reservation cost is due in full. This includes all rental fees, taxes, damage deposits, and other fees.

Guest Cancellation Policies
If a cancellation occurs prior to 30 days of your arrival date a full refund will be made minus a $50 cancellation fee. (This reservation may be rescheduled within 6 months of your original arrival date, if the new reservation falls into a new rate season, the new rate will apply. If you change your accommodations, the new rate will apply. This is a one time courtesy).

If the cancellation occurs prior 14 days of your arrival date you will have the option of rescheduling your reservation (rescheduled reservation must be within 6 months of the original reservation, if your new reservation falls into a new rate season, the new rate will apply. If you change your accommodations, the new rate will apply. This is a one time courtesy) or lose all the rental fees, taxes, and other fees associated with the reservation.

If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of your arrival date there will be NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULING. This includes NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.

Absolute Paradise Mountain Cabin Rentals reserves the right to not accept online reservations within 7 business days of the date reservation was made.  APM is not responsible for software errors.  However we will give guest a chance to keep their reservation by fixing any errors (glitches) the software may have had when reservation was made.
